Both in Kentucky or Florida, I make it my mission to help clients with their planning needs, whether estate, business or tax planning. I enjoy my work, and helping individuals, couples and business owners formalize their planning needs. Fees
In working with you, I do as much as possible at a flat fee. Hourly work and billing are also part of my practice. I go out of my way to be upfront regarding pricing. This is why I send all prospective clients a detailed engagement letter, delineating the cost, before beginning work.
Planning Process
After our initial meeting but before we move forward, I will send your engagement letter, detailing cost and asking for a retainer. Once a signed engagement letter and your retainer are received, I will prepare your drafts and mail or e-mail them to you. You will review your draft documents, and then we will schedule a meeting to review them together, answer questions, etc. After your documents are revised to reflect your changes we will schedule an appointment to execute your documents. After executing your estate or business planning documents, you will be provided with scanned electronic copies for your records. The originals will be available within one to two weeks of signing, for your safe keeping.
